Is there a minimum order?
1 x 20' container.

How many sqm tiles  in a 20' container
Approximately 1000-1200 sqm, pls contact our saler .

What is the packing of tiles?
The tiles packed by paper carton.If need, we packed by wooden pallet also.

How many pallets fit into a 20' container?
A 20'ft container can hold 20 standard pallets .

What type of Payment Terms do you have?
Ex Works (EXW) Factory, manufacture after payment.  Funds may be transferred via direct bank wire or L/C.  Funds must clear before manufacture.

Do you offer samples?
Yes, samples may be shipped, depending on product and availability.  Client pays for shipping and handling charges.  Some products may not be available to send via air mail.

Can I become your distributor, what about exclusive rights?
Yes and no, it depends on your geographic location and our discretion.  Exclusive rights are reserved for established companies who are able to move high volume of product, and furthermore after a trial period.

What happens if my order doesn't fit into the container?  
Or there's extra room left over?
We subtract some products from the order.  In case there is extra room left over we will add product to fill the container.  It is good to let us know what type of product you want for us to "fill in" when this happens so that the loading crew does not have to wait for approval, considering time is of the essense.
